Beth Kelly was very supportive and took time to explain all the car features to me. The Stafford garage also helped to locate a car that met my requirements. Only reason not to give 5/5 is preference to sign paperwork in person than electronically.

Video showing the complimentary check was poor quality; the issues found were not mentioned when we collected the car or an indicative price to fix offered. The air con was not refreshed and no offer to do this at another time and honour price (£29).

Andrea,Ash & Kacey are always super friendly & helpful.When I took my car for its MOT I had run out of diesel due to running a last minute errand and they put diesel into my car without charging me. They also washed and valeted the car. Outstanding!

Once the car has been booked in, you are kept informed about when the work has been done. You are sent a link and can read the report and sometimes see images of problems etc. The staff explain everything and give you options of having the work done.

Problems with the call centre when trying to arrange the service and MOT. I was promised a call back but didn't get one. I therefore had to phone again to see if my car has been booked in.

Only main dealer to not try and rip me off, plus the Scottish gent (well he sounded like he had a Scottish accent!) was lovely, very polite, professional and friendly. My local Syntner dealer I've abandoned because of the aforementioned!

Satisfied with the service but unsatisfied that my car was not cleaned outside or inside. Also I booked a hire car was not told on the phone when booking that there would be a charge for this until I turned up at the dealership
