Lost £275 putting the mini in for service 11 days late. The mini was over eight years old by 11 days. Service pack purchased on 29 September 2015. I was not aware that the time limit was eight years.

Staff had the fault details wrong, my name wrong, wrong reg on paperwork, told me that I needed 2 new tyres even though I'd only done 1500 miles since purchase, advisor said "that's what you get for buying a used car" - this car was "Mini Approved"

The salesman Darren Toplass was 1st class informative, polite with a pleasant manner, Professional without being overly pushy. helpful throughout the process went the extra mile to satisfy. I attended other Mini centres and no one came anywhere near.
