The car came back valeted but the staff seemed too 'jokey' and found it amusing that i had been in 3 different curtesy cars in the matter of two weeks.

My car needed both back pillars replacing. When I dropped the car off the original ones were immaculate. When I picked my car up the new pillars were covered in scratches. The work should have been quality checked before it was released.

Great service, asked about a service as now driving more to work in a city, they recommended a health inspection and kept me up to date with how the cars running with tyres, oil etc, it cost me nothing!

I was kept up to date with the work carried out which was to it's usual high standard.The service team are a joy to deal with. My car was spotless when I collected it and the work was completed on time.

On initial visit fault was not fixed or located, however after contact with Katy- I was immediately rebooked in, courtesy car arranged and issue resolved.
